With the Push-up clap we ensure explosiveness in your shoulders, triceps and core muscles. You can perform the Push-up clap on your knees when it is still too difficult to do on your feet. It is very important to protect your wrists to drop down immediately after the “clap” for the next repetition. When you land down with stiff arms (stopping the fall) it is very heavy for your wrists and because of this you can quickly incur an overload.

Focus on: Full movement (chest to the floor and high push in the air), smooth movement, breathing Simplify with: the exercise on knees (feet against the wall) or don’t clap but only come loose from the ground
